Purpose of the processing of personal data

POKEEPSIE processes personal data in its activity.

If you contact us through our contact form, we will use your personal data (we only collect identification and contact data to respond) in order to deal with your query, request or application.

If you send us a CV, we will only use your data to manage a possible job application.

We have installed cameras in our offices for the security of people, goods and facilities.

Legitimation

We base the processing of your data on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

If you are a supplier or have any other contractual relationship with us, we base the processing on contractual performance (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

The use of video surveillance cameras is based on the public interest (Article 6(1)(d) of the GDPR).

Third party recipients of personal data

POKEEPSIE does not communicate data to third parties.

POKEEPSIE works with external providers with access to personal data for the purpose of providing a service (so-called “processors”) and we have entered into appropriate agreements with them.

Only POKEEPSIE and the processor will have access to your data, and under no circumstances will this data be given, shared, transferred or sold to any third party. POKEEPSIE is part of the BANIJAY GROUP and in certain situations may share data for reasons of legitimate interest and internal management of corporate activities (complaints channel, regulatory compliance, among others).

No international data transfers are foreseen.

Data retention period

We will process your data for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, after which we will keep them duly stored and protected for the time that may derive from the processing, in compliance with the regulations in force at any given time.

We will delete the personal data after we have prescribed the possible actions in each case.

Security measures

POKEEPSIE informs you that it has implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to guarantee the security of your personal data and to avoid its alteration, loss and unauthorised processing and/or access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or the physical or natural environment.

POKEEPSIE has also established additional measures in order to reinforce the confidentiality and integrity of the information in its organisation. Continuously maintaining the supervision, control and evaluation of processes to ensure respect for data privacy.

Changes to the privacy policy

Finally, we reserve the right to modify the privacy policy, either in accordance with current legislation or at our own discretion. In any event, such changes will always be posted on our website.
